Bus Depot

Construction of a new steel frame octagonal Bus Depot with zinc coated aluminium standing seam roof.  The "Lantern" roof top was built by Godfrey & Hicks Ltd Joinery Workshop.

Warehouse & Service Yard

Construction in 31 weeks of a new steel frame and clad warehouse (comprising a floor area of approximately 3,300sqM) and service yard.

RSPB Visitor Centre

Erection of a single storey Royal Society for the Protection of Birds (RSPB) Visitor Centre.
