Community Buildings

We have assisted a number of local organisations in the construction or refurbishment of various community buildings.  Examples of some of our work include refurbishment of listed buildings for the NHS, extension and alterations to a local church, the construction of a new Sports Hall with changing facilities, kitchen, meeting rooms and Doctor’s Surgery; and construction of a new Performing Arts Centre for a local school.   

Catholic Church

Alterations and adaptations of the existing brick built church to form extensions, all in traditional masonry construction with pitched roof, complete with all necessary services and external works.

Village Hall

Construction of new Sports Hall with changing facilities, kitchen, meeting rooms and Doctors’ Surgery.  Traditional brick/block cavity wall construction with a domed metal roof supported on a Glulam portal frame structure.

Performing Arts Centre

Construction of a Performing Arts Centre comprising traditional brick and block construction with glulam portal frame off traditional strip foundations under a slate roof, including electrical and mechanical engineering services
