Godfrey & Hicks Builders Ltd has been involved in various projects for the Health Service including the construction of a new two storey surgery, conversion of a community centre into a doctors' surgery; demolition of pathology buildings and construction of foundations, external works, drains and external services in preparation for a modular building to house biotechnology incubator laboratories.

Construction of two storey Doctors' Surgery

Building work comprising strip/pad foundations, precast concrete ground and first floor, loadbearing cavity masonry walls, trussed rafter roof with standing seam aluminium roof. New mechanical and electrical services and above and below ground drainage. External works comprising new footpaths and car park surfacing, landscaping.
